Artdayme: Noor Riyadh is the Largest Light Art Festival in the World and will continue nurturing creativity, promoting talent and delivering awe-inspiring experiences in its 3rd edition.

Noor Riyadh is the first such festival implemented under the auspices of Riyadh Art, the first public art initiative in the Saudi arabia.

 It aims to transform the capital into a “gallery without walls,” to beautify it and enhance the creative spirit among the population.
