ArtDayME: the 16th edition of DIFC Art Nights, taking place on 23 and 24 November 2023, at the renowned Gate Village in DIFC. The upcoming 16th edition promises to be an unforgettable one, featuring insightful panel talks, a curated selection of pop-ups, engaging workshops and entertainment offerings, based around the theme of “Expressions for Sustainable Change”.
DIFC Art Nights was launched in 2010 with the aim to support emerging artists and provide them with a platform to showcase their art and connect with the extended art community. The biannual celebration of creativity attracts the most affluent audience to Gate Village, the vibrant cultural hub of DIFC.
Theme: Expressions for Sustainable Change
The 16th edition’s theme is in-line with the upcoming COP28 in Dubai in November, and will challenge artists to interpret and explore sustainability, environmental consciousness, and positive change through art.
Criteria for submission:
The proposal must be for original work that reflects the theme "Expressions for Sustainable Change”.
Artworks with political or religious influences will not be considered for the event.
While the preferred art medium for this edition is sculptures, we welcome other forms of art as well.
