Roots and Reflections

A Journey through Time and Nature , is named one of the exhibition that it shows 4 artist’s artworks . 

RobertSantore,JasonMiddlebrook,Svlvestre Gauvrit,Halim Flowers are 4 artists who their works are in ‘A Journey through Time and Nature’ exhibition. 

Mara Firetti curated this exhibition. In fact exhibition shares artists experiences with viewers . They explore through nature and time. 

The exhibition is thoughtfully curated around three central themes that are fundamental to the human experience: memory and identity, nature and environment, and innovation and experimentation. Through these themes, the artists explore essential questions about the human condition and the relationship between the self and the world around us.

Robert santore is one of artist in the exhibition,he is a contemporary artist who creates paintings and sculptures. He has 9 artworks in Roots and Reflections . He wants to show brush movement in paintings. And viewers have to follow his brush journey. Colors are one of the most important parts of his works. Color with Unconventional illustrations take you inside. 

3 artworks are for Halim flowers . Halim flowers is ARTIST | WRITER | ACTIVIST . Paintings created by acrylic. They built in big sizes and Eerie images . Viewers think about how can they get together with artists thinking.   Flowers is a writer who wants to tell story of his works . He gives key words to people that they can understand him. 

Sylvestre Gauvrit has 8 sculptures in Roots and Reflections . His artworks show Transcendent Dance . The dancing of steel, mirrors, zebrino marble with your feelings. When your eyes connect to his sculptures, you feel like dancing with them. 

Distortions is name of sculpture of Helidon Xhixha . He is a contemporary artist born in Durrës, Albania. He is a contemporary artist. He polishes mirrors and steel to achieve his goals. When viewers visit his artworks,they go inside Disturbance in metal or mirrors. Helidon Xhixha has, in recent decades, affirmed his position as a leading figure in today's contemporary art scene, with his work going on to receive much critical success on an international platform. 

AN ODYSSEY of IDENTITY

Turn to another exhibition in firetti contemporary gallery .it curated by Celine Azem . Boris Anje,Carson Buka, Kansiime Brian Lister, Christine Nyatho, Florence Nanteza, Collin Sekajugo are present in ‘AN ODYSSEY of IDENTITY’ exhibition. 

In fact this exhibition shows artists exploring innovative inside themselves. They try to show the viewer new world just like that they thought. The world full of color, shapes, love, fashion and Complex communication. 

The artists not only show their unique perspectives on the concept of identity but also invite critical exploration of the nuanced and multidisciplinary nature of their African heritage. The works highlight the intersectionality of existentialism, illustrating how various aspects of the self intersect and interact with one another in intricate and intertwined ways.

Kansiime Brian Lister Born on September 24th, 1995 in Kampala. He is very young and talented. Lister showed sisterhood and brotherhood shared between black women and men. He thinks about Deep Themes of Identity in the Black Community and displays it on canvas media. He searches identity in Simple, tangible and familiar images. 

Collin Sekajugo was born in Uganda. He hangs on the wall his canvas like a fabric. He uses torn canvas because he wants to show contrast between main characters and the world around. Stunning character with stylish clothes and glasses near collage background. It may indicate the inner turmoil of the artist.

This exhibition delves into the realms of ethics, communication, and the evolving digital landscape, inviting viewers to contemplate the moral codes that shape our society.

Florence Nanteza, a resident of Masaka, Uganda, was born in 1995 and is the youngest of her siblings. She puts shadow on a dream environment without time and space. Shadows are moving on canvas sometimes they are dancing with flowers and butterflies. The viewer take many common emotions and feelings.
