The works of four Iranian artists at Intent Gallery

Intent Gallery, managed by Saman Fatehi, in the center of Dubai on Crescent Boulevard, is currently hosting the "Dual Simplicity" exhibition of four contemporary Iranian artists, curated by Maryam Majd.

ArtDayME: Intent Gallery under the management of Saman Fatehi, which has been established since 2022 in Crescent Boulevard, Dubai, these days hosts the works of four contemporary Iranian artists in the "Dual Simplicity" exhibition curated by Maryam Majd.

Maryam Majd, who manages the MMAP art center in Tehran, has gathered prominent works by Sirak Melkonian, Shahla Hosseini, Mohammad Hossein Emad, and Mojé Assefjah for this exhibition.

It is written in the introduction of this exhibition: In this exhibition, all works share visual and conceptual qualities that open a window to one of the most authentic angles of Iran's contemporary movement that took shape in the 1960s and has continued on in the work of many contemporary artists. The non-narrative and non-representational characteristic of the works with their limited color palette lay emphasis on the fringe art movement that has always had a strong say compared to the more exhibited examples of mainstream Iranian modern and contemporary art.

Intent Gallery is located along with several other galleries on Crescent Boulevard, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, designed and implemented by the leading Emaar collection; The Emaar complex has turned this area into a stylish and attractive touristic art line that has attracted many attentions in the Middle East.
