Shahram Masoumi Alagha: Sports and Art Are Essential for Modern Man /The 7th Dubai Fitness Challenge and Countless Creative Events

ArtDayMe :Regarding the seventh Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC), Iran's international karate grandmaster states that modern man should take sports and art earnestly for a better life and mental well-being.

Shahram Masoumi Alagha thinks that nations and communities that can support their people's emotional and physical health would experience sustainable development.

He asserts that "man is the center of all development" and that "the most productive person is one who is happy, healthy, and hopeful." According to this perspective, the greatest routes for human elevation and inner fulfillment are through the arts and sports.

This is why His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai, who has made enormous improvements, has had an infrastructure look from the first day, both to art and sports, according to the premier sports coach who has recently become involved in cultural matters. Dubai has improved in these two sectors, and its balanced development has made the city a global example.

As stated by Masoumi Alagha, the Crown Prince of Dubai, H.H Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown prince of Dubai , provided management and assistance for the 2017 debut of DFC, which was authorized by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Since then, the event has extended an invitation to all 2.2 million residents of Dubai to take part in free public sports every year from October to November. With this symbolic month, many people have made fitness a regular part of their daily routine.

In the early hours of Sunday, November 12, cyclists took over the Sheikh Zayed Road in the center of Dubai, which is currently regarded as one of the most significant urban furniture showcases in the Middle East and the world. Skyscrapers and the most exquisite architectural designs in the city were rendered even more magnificent by the event, which took the shape of sports and included athletes.

It's pointed out that the global sport, which attracts a pleasant mix of countries and cultures and is played outdoors in Dubai, will most likely go down in Guinness World Records history.

"I'm sure the Dubai Fitness Challenge will inspire all big cities," adds Masoumi Alagha. Dubai has turned into a development-oriented city as a result, in addition to the artistic and cultural advancements made by the Mohammed bin Rashid Library, the Dubai Calligraphy Biennale, Art Dubai, and hundreds of galleries on Alserkal Avenue and BLVD Crescent in Downtown Dubai, among other locations.

The seventh edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge will run until November 26, 2023. In addition, a number of other cultural events are being held, and Dubai Design Week just ended.
