Dubai Design Week 2024 offers a rich programme of over 10 exhibitions, 60 workshops, and 40 installations, running through 10 November.
Designed by emerging Saudi architects Abdulqader Alsuwaidan, Nawaf Alghamdi, Hayat Almousa and Lama Dardas, Iwan draws its inspiration from Islamic architecture.
The festival will bring together over 500 designers and brands from more than 40 countries to showcase new design ideas through installations, exhibitions, and experiential displays.
The fair will be a key fixture of Dubai Design Week, which, in strategic partnership with d3, celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. Alongside Downtown Design’s dynamic programme, Editions, Dubai, will expand cultural exchange and discovery to the broader public.
Curated in strategic partnership with Dubai Design District (d3), a member of TECOM Group PJSC, and supported by Dubai Culture, the milestone edition will provide over 500 internationally acclaimed and emerging designers with a platform to showcase their design experience and thinking.

Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum officially inaugurated the ninth edition of Dubai Design Week, and visited some of its key installations and exhibitions, including the 2023 Abwab commission titled ‘Of Palm.’ Designed by Abdalla Almulla.
This year’s Dubai Design Week will host its most ambitious and diverse programme to date and is set to welcome more than 500 designers, architects and creative practitioners from over 40 countries.
This year’s Dubai Design Week will feature over 20 installations with a focus on how design, science and technology can converge to reclaim materials of our past, as well as reimagine new forms that foster sustainable practices.
