'Imagine Picasso' exhibition lands in Saudi Arabia for first time - photos
ArtDayME: After taking place in Lyon, San Francisco, Madrid and more, the immersive exhibition of ‘Imagine Picasso’ has arrived in Saudi Arabia for the first time. The Imagine Picasso exhibition has landed in Riyadh, marking its debut in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Unlike traditional art exhibitions, Imagine Picasso goes beyond static displays, utilising cutting-edge technology like 360-degree projections, interactive installations, and captivating soundscapes to immerse visitors in the heart of Picasso's creative process. Interactive elements allow visitors to experiment with shapes, colours, and techniques inspired by Picasso's own methods. With larger-than-life projections of Picasso's most iconic works, his work literally surrounds you with its energy and emotion, from the Cubist masterpieces of his Blue Period to the expressive abstractions of his later years. Iconic paintings like ‘Guernica’ and ‘Les Demoiselles d'Avignon’ can be seen in an entirely new light. Open daily from 2 PM to 12:00 AM, Imagine Picasso is open to the public at Laysen Valley in Riyadh and runs until March 3rd.
